We design and produce handmade physical goods — primarily rugs, wooden spoons, and small woodware — using traditional techniques. We do not sell digital downloads, streaming access, software keys, IPTV, or licensed media. Products do not use third‑party brand logos or copyrighted characters.

Policies
Refunds & Returns: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. To start a return, email modhandcraftora@modhandcraftoraltd.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Shipping: Orders usually dispatch in 3–5 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.
